Certified Spanish Translation

Certified Spanish translation services have various forms. In the legal field, a certified Spanish translation is required when the translated legal document will be used in courts. Now if a translated document is to be presented in the Spanish courts than the Translator doing Spanish translation should be a certified translator registered with the Spanish Ministry. Such a certified translator also has to take an oath in front of the authorized officials stating that the translation done is accurate and complete as compared o the source document.

For Spanish translation services to be submitted in US courts the translator needs to be certified by the State Court for doing translation required for submission in the courts. The translator also has to file an affidavit in the court stating that the translation done is accurate and complete as compared to the source text.
