Lectura (Reading)

La niña le preguntó a su padre si podían ir al zoológico al día siguiente. Su padre le dijo que sólo la llevaría si se portaba bien. La niña se comportó muy bien. Realmente quería ir a ver y darles de comer a los camellos y a los ducks. También quería ver las jirafas, los flamencos y los monos, aunque tenía miedo de ver a las serpientes.

(The girl asked her father if they could go to the zoo the following day. Her father told her that he would take her if she behaved well. The girl behaved very well. She really wanted to go and feed the camels and ducks. She also wanted to see the giraffes, the flamingoes and the monkeys, although she was afraid to see the snakes.)
